Inspiration

The images above inspired my design. I liked the idea of the snake grass which is bent with wires. but I also liked the idea of the willow and twigs that are around the flowers, I would use snake grass instead of the willow and twigs.  image1 https://www.pinterest.com/pin/320951910921470057/

Sketching/Design

I drew a three different designs. I have decided that I am going to create the first design at the top of the page. I am going too use the snake grass which is going to be held together by cocktail sticks and the orange orchids are going to be glued on with cold glue.

final Images

This is a close up of the cocktail sticks that are holding the design together. I just pushed them through. The orchids were glued on.















This is my finished design I would have liked some more orchids on the frame.

Evaluation

I liked this design, however I would I have liked to have some more orchids around the top and bottom of the design. I would have also liked to have some china grass threaded through the design to bring another colour into the design. I would have also had put more cocktail sticks in to make the design more structured and less wobbly.
